As a form of marketing, the Ministry uses print media to inform interested individuals to join the teaching workforce. It was previously in the form of an exercise book, and after discussion with the team, we have decided to re-conceptualise and re-design the marketing material to be a 8-page brochure.
Here are the main guidelines for logo and overall design of 'TEACH'
It has to have to incorporate content from the previous brochures.
Design needs to be clean and easily readable.
It needs to be inspiring.
In order to bring in the concept of inspiring and allowing it to be relatable to the general public, I have included multiple quotes and a drawing of a lightbulb together with the word 'inspire'. I thought back upon which quotes can be inspirational and are related to teaching, which was the reason behind proposing 2 generic quotes within the brochure, alongside the quotes from other teachers within the industry. The 4 pages of content are the important information that has been copyedited and condensed to fit within the brochure. Last but not least, the back page of the brochure ends off with the Ministry's tagline and the background image is linked to the front page of the brochure to ensure that when the brochure is opened up, the front and back ends of it will be coherent.
